Payment

PURCHASES

We are only able to accept Paypal.

When a bespoke frame is ordered, we will require a 50% deposit in advance payable via Paypal. Please note that due to the special personalised nature of such Frames, these orders may not be cancelled.


SHipping

UK Postage

We will normally ship on the same day if your order is received before 2.00 p.m – we ship by ‘Special Delivery’ which means you should receive delivery by 1.00 P.M the following day, a signature will be required on delivery. You will be notified by SquareSpace of the tracking number by 6.00 p.m.


INTERNATIONAL

We regret that due to licencing agreements, we are unable to ship Frames outside the United Kingdom, (specifically understood to be England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)


Returns

We are happy to rectify any problems you may have with our products, and all valid requests will be honoured, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Should you wish to return a Frame for any reason, we ask that you inform us via email, telephone or SMS with reasons for wishing to return the frame – BEFORE any frames are returned, so that we may issue a returns number.

  2. Any discrepancies or problems must be notified WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS from receipt of the frame/s, ordered incorrectly or received damaged.

  3. We are unable to accept returned goods without our authorised returns number.

  4. We are unable to accept returned frames unless notified within 3 working days of receipt, unless the Frame is subject to the Manufacturers product recall, or the Frame supplied is defective.

  5. We will refund your cost in full on receipt of the Frame being returned, less the cost of outward ‘Special Delivery’.

Any product authorised for return must meet the following criteria:

  1. The Frame(s) received is returned to us suitably packaged.

  2. The Frame(s) returned to us have not been glazed or part used.

  3. The Frame(s) returned to us must not have been damaged.

  4. The Frame(s) must be returned by ‘Special Delivery’ via Royal Mail so that tracking is available.  

Please note: Due to the nature of custom glazing, we are unable to reimburse the cost of sunglass lenses.
